1. Have a great attitude
2. Be on time
3. Be prepare
4. Work a full day
5. Work area correctly
6. Maintain attitude
7. Know why you are here, What are you doing.
8.Take control.

Three Customer Service

1. Don't tell a lie.
2. If you don't know the answer, call back to the office.
3. Leave the customer positive.

They make you realized that sometimes there are "No next time","No time-out" and No 2nd Chances."
